As part of the quality assurance process, MIT Polytech provides its dear students and all interested parties with a procedure for handling complaints and appeals which gives complainants the following 4 guarantees:

A systematic acknowledgment of receipt.

A systematic response to each complaint received.

The right of the complainant to a second internal treatment in the event of dissatisfaction with the response received.

The right to external treatment in the context of arbitration in the event of the impossibility of the internal resolution of the complaint.

الشكاوي والطعون وتمنح المشتكين الضمانات الأربعة التالية: 
إقرار بتسلم الشكوى 
الحصول على إستجابة منهجية لكل شكوى 
حق المشتكي في الحصول على إجابة ثانية في حالة عدم رضاه عن الرد الذي تلقاه 
الحق في اللجوء إلى التحكيم الخارجي في حالة عدم إيجا د حل داخلي للشكوى

Dans le cadre de la d&eacute;marche assurance qualit&eacute;, MIT Polytech met &agrave; la disposition de ses chers &eacute;tudiants et de toutes les parties int&eacute;ress&eacute;es une proc&eacute;dure pour le traitement des r&eacute;clamations et des appels qui donne aux r&eacute;clamants les 4 garanties suivants :

Un accus&eacute; de r&eacute;ception syst&eacute;matique.

Une r&eacute;ponse syst&eacute;matique &agrave; chaque r&eacute;clamation re&ccedil;ue.

Le droit du r&eacute;clamant &agrave; un deuxi&egrave;me traitement en interne en cas d&rsquo;insatisfaction par rapport &agrave; la r&eacute;ponse re&ccedil;ue.

Le droit &agrave; un traitement externe dans le cadre de l&rsquo;arbitrage en cas de l&rsquo;impossibilit&eacute; de la r&eacute;solution interne de la r&eacute;clamation.
